9th Grade Collaborative Work Groups
Today we broke our advisory up into five collaborative work groups.
Each group will be responsible for producing three projects over
the course of the first trimester. Your first project will compare the
cost differences between uniforms versus a dress code.
Each collaborative team will build and maintain a wiki.
Your group wiki will serve as an electronic data base for your project vocabulary, relative web sites, social bookmarks, graphs, charts, documents and reflections.

Brother Songhai! You are certainly exposing your students to the 21st century technology that will make a difference in their future training, employment and everyday lives. I commend you and the New Media Tech Charter School for this PRICELESS INNOVATION! Your name and work recently came up in a conversation with one of my former employers and a NMTCS Board member, Ms. Arifah Shaheed. She mentioned seeing me in the "Jazz On Cecil B." project your students
